First hint: Go clue by clue. Which shapes have a flat surface anywhere on them? Those are out.

Take the clues one at a time.
a cylinder has two flat circles, one at each end, so the last clue rules it out.
a cone has one flat circle at its base, so it is out too.
a circle is flat: it is a 2D shape, and the first clue asks for three dimensions.
